This is my website, and I keep it simple. Here's exactly what happens with your information when you visit.
Last updated October 19, 2026Very little. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't collect personal information about you. There are no accounts here.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs, like IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and running.
The "What I'm Loving" section comes from ShopMy. When it loads, ShopMy and its partners, including payment and advertising services, may set cookies and track activity under ShopMy's privacy policy.

When you sign up, you go to Substack's own page to confirm. Your subscription is handled by Substack, under Substack's privacy policy.
The homepage also shows the cover image from my latest post, which your browser loads from Substack.
If you email my team, your message goes straight to their inbox. Nothing on this site stores it.
Instagram, TikTok, Substack, ShopMy, hellomom and JKMT Agency each have their own privacy policies. They apply when you visit them.
